Coffee, tea and freshly squeezed juices, mini artisanal pastries and fresh fruit platters upon arrival of the participants.
Corporate Seminar

A full day in an old downtown mustard mill. Your working sessions, homemade lunch, and team-building activity, all in one place.
You tell us what your team needs to achieve, we take care of the rest: a privatized and fully equipped room, gourmet breaks, a team-building workshop, lunch crafted by our chef. One single venue, one single point of contact, one single invoice. You arrive in the morning, and you leave in the evening with teams that have truly connected.
Boulevard de la Trémouille, in the heart of Dijon. Your participants walk to the venue from their hotel, the station is ten minutes away, and Paris is 1 hour and 35 minutes away by TGV.

The format most requested by our clients. It is our baseline: each sequence shifts, shortens, or skips depending on what your day needs to produce.
Welcome of participants with coffee, pastries, and fresh fruit platters. Seating in the meeting room, privatized and equipped for the entire day.
First session in the privatized meeting room: 60 m² on the top floor, bright and soundproof. A confidential setting where progress is fast because no one comes knocking on the door.
Head to the Cooking Lab for a workshop led by our chef. Everyone rolls up their sleeves, teams get mixed up, and hierarchies melt away. Then everyone sits down at the table to enjoy what has just been prepared.
Second work session, with a gourmet break in the middle of the afternoon to boost the group's energy. Sharing platters, bite-sized sweets, and coffee to hit the ground running.
We finish with a drink at the Creative Lounge: Burgundy wines, signature cocktail, or freshly squeezed juice. That's often where things are said that aren't said in the meeting room.
You host, we handle. The event team contacts you before D-Day to finalize the schedule, seating chart, allergies, and staggered arrivals.
100 % of the food is prepared on-site, the same day, by our team.

Coffee, tea and freshly squeezed juices, mini artisanal pastries and fresh fruit platters upon arrival of the participants.

Standing format, bite-sized food to share. Everyone moves around and talks, with no seating chart to manage.

In glass jars for flexible service, or a chef's meal served on a plate when you want to make an impression.

Homemade cake and fresh fruit platters, set up directly in the room so as not to break your rhythm.

Wine selected with our partner wine merchant: Burgundy wines, crémant, champagne. Non-alcoholic options just as carefully crafted.
The four combine freely: plenary in the morning, workshop at noon, brainstorming in the afternoon, drinks in the evening. Without ever leaving the building, or reloading the suitcases into the trunk.

The large volume, ideal for a seminar of 25 to 80 people, a corporate party or an afterwork.

Top floor, soundproof and confidential, for working sessions.

The fully equipped culinary studio, the heart of our team buildings.

Sofas and soft seating. Where ideas flow more easily than sitting in rows.

The team cooking class remains our great classic: brigades formed, a chef in charge, everyone in an apron and no one on their phone anymore. In one hour, departments that never talk to each other find themselves negotiating the cooking time of a duck breast.
But the kitchen is just a gateway. Guided tastings, introductions to Burgundy wines, team-versus-team culinary challenges: we tailor the activity to what your teams need to experience, not to a catalog.
The great classic. Mixed teams, a chef in charge, starter, main course, and dessert cooked and then enjoyed together at the table.
Mystery basket, limited time, brigade versus brigade, and a jury at the end. The competitive version, for teams that like a little friendly rivalry.
Standing format, small bites to share. We cook and graze at the same time, everyone mingles. Ideal right before an afterwork.
Shaker in hand, two or three signature cocktails to make yourself. The non-alcoholic versions are crafted with the same care.
Guided introduction to Burgundy wines, seated or standing, with gourmet pairings prepared by our chef.
The most Dijonnais of our workshops. You make your own mustard, talk about seeds and terroir, and everyone leaves with their own jar.
Entremets, tarts, or cream puffs with our pastry chef. Precision, technical skills, and a result to take away or share.
Murder mystery, escape game, culinary olympiads, hybrid format. We start from your objective and build the activity around it.
For large groups, we run several workshops simultaneously. For example, a combined tapas and mixology workshop: one team prepares the bites, the other the cocktails, and then everyone gets together to enjoy both.
They also combine during the day: a cooking workshop at noon and a wine tasting at the end of the day.
Here is what those who have been through it have to say.
★★★★★A successful seminar in an unusual downtown location
We booked the Meeting Room for a full-day work seminar. The availability of the team to help us set up, the chef's delicious cuisine, and the aesthetics and comfort of this unique venue right in the city center: all these elements allowed our seminar to take place under excellent conditions.
★★★★★Responsiveness, schedules met, unanimity
Everything was there: responsiveness beforehand, a warm setting, a very good welcome, an efficient meeting room, a cooking activity accessible to everyone that was a hit with all 18 people, adherence to the schedule... Truly a top-notch experience.
★★★★★A seminar well taken care of, from start to finish
A seminar in a pleasant room, an attentive team, and a great meal that we prepared with the Chef! I highly recommend it.
★★★★★A buffet praised by the whole team
Excellent seminar day, due in part to the venue offered by Salt & Pepper: location, room layout, and the team's flexibility and kindness. Special mention for the lunch buffet, which was approved by all participants: very, very good!
★★★★★A fully equipped room
The welcome was attentive and very professional! The room was perfectly equipped, notably with a screen featuring ClickShare technology. I highly recommend this place, which will also stimulate your creativity.
★★★★★An ideal activity for a team building
Cooking together with a chef, learning their techniques and sharing a truly convivial moment. The theme was perfectly mastered, and the pleasure of tasting what we cooked is a real bonus.
