In this workshop, you will learn how to make a strawberry cake from start to finish, working on each element: sponge cake, cream, assembly, and decoration. The objective is to understand the essential basics for achieving a balanced dessert that is as beautiful as it is delicious.

You will learn how to select and prepare strawberries, make a light and stable cream, and assemble a perfect strawberry cake with a neat visual presentation.
