Do you need to have cooking skills?

Not at all, and that's precisely the point.

Our culinary team-building events are designed to be accessible to all skill levels, from absolute beginners to experienced amateur cooks. The chef adapts techniques in real-time according to the profiles in the room.

Teamwork also allows everyone to find their place: some cut, others arrange, others taste and adjust.

No one feels at a disadvantage, and that's precisely what creates cohesion.

How many people can participate?

The Cooking Lab can host up to 24 people in a workshop format where each participant actively cooks.

For larger groups, up to 70 people, we adapt the format with rotations between workshops and tasting, or a mix of workshop + entertainment around the meal.

Beyond 70, we will privatize the entirety of Salt & Pepper and roll out an even more immersive hybrid format.

Whatever your group size, we calibrate to maintain the chef's attention and the quality of the experience.

Can we organize a meal after the workshop?

Yes, and it's even the most popular formula.

The meal following the workshop consists of dishes prepared by your teams. You will taste them on-site, in the Cooking Lab or in another space depending on the chosen format.

We can also enrich the menu with appetizers, cheeses, or desserts prepared by our chef, arrange a Burgundy food and wine pairing, or extend it into a cocktail reception.

Everything is homemade, on-site, with fresh ingredients.

Can the cooking class be customized?

Absolutely. Each team building event is designed with you based on your objective (integration, cohesion, celebration), your available timeframe, your budget, and your constraints.

You choose the culinary theme: French cuisine, Italian cuisine, Japanese cuisine, pastry, MasterChef challenge with mystery ingredients.

You choose the format: classic workshop, team battle, challenge with scoring.

And you can customize: menu in your brand's colors, integration of your logo on materials, animation by a guest chef.
